  • Coach, mentor, and recognize achievements (HIGH FIVE!).
  • Develop closing techniques, objection handling, and more.
Requirements:
  • You must have managed an internal sales team in a fast-paced, outbound call centre environment leading a high-energy, competitive team to success.
  • Be proficient in data & CRM reports, able to analyze statistics, and implement changes.
  • Lead by example, motivate a team, and demonstrate professionalism and great communication skills.
