Job summary

INEOS FPS North is seeking a permanent, office-based Marine Logistics and Programme Controls Lead in Aberdeen to drive capability across Onshore and Offshore locations. You will report to the North Asset Manager and focus on governance, safety, reliability and operational performance.

You will manage marine services contracts, KPI setting and risk mitigation while championing continuous improvement and cost-effective delivery across FPS North contracts and campaigns.

Qualifications

• High personal integrity and commitment to safety.
• Strong background in marine logistics in the North-East of Scotland.
• Experience in project/programme control.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Strong decision-making skills, both within and out with areas of expertise.
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of marine logistics through management of the marine services contract.
• Develop and implement strategy for spare vessel capacity marketing.
• Support vessel-based access solutions during maintenance campaigns offshore.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Team Leaders, Engineers and Specialists.
• Proactively manage issues, risks and interdependencies to maintain progress.
• Own and manage programme control resources to deliver on strategy.
• Report progress and issues of Programme Control to the Asset Manager periodically.
