Job summary

Oceaneering Integrity Management and Digital Solutions role in Aberdeen is seeking a senior professional to lead delivery of complex contracts and drive performance across onshore and offshore scopes. You will coordinate client communications, develop plans, oversee budgets, and guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience within oil and gas Topside Integrity Management/Inspection (ESSENTIAL)
• Experience in leading project teams
• Experience in financial control and budgets
• Familiar with QA / QC systems and procedures, service quality and customer satisfaction
• Ability to supervise and lead project teams of multi discipline professionals
• Ability to generate a team approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently in challenging circumstances and use initiative to propose and implement changes to work practices
• Ability to solve problems by applying sound reasoning
• Ability to write accurate and concise reports
• Ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Main Focal point for delivery of designated contracts.
• Manage day-to-day operational requirements of contracts, including engineering discipline, onshore integrity management, and offshore inspection enactment.
• Work with client and teams to ensure effective implementation of contracts.
• Ensure sufficient competent personnel for onshore and offshore scopes.
• Develop and maintain project management plans with client and project team.
• Prioritise areas of work and resource demands with teams.
• Coordinate delivery of project objectives and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Assist in KPI development and data provision for performance.
• Assist in creation of annual budgets/CTRs and monthly reports.
