You will lead planning, design, procurement, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and process improvements to boost safety, efficiency, and production performance. Drive projects from concept through execution, ensure processes meet safety, quality, and product specifications, and apply advanced manufacturing engineering to optimize equipment and support

Qualificações

• A STEM degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience.
• This position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, design, procurement, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and systems to improve safety, efficiency and production performance.
• Drive projects from concept through execution, meeting safety, quality, and product specifications.
• Apply advanced manufacturing engineering principles to optimize equipment and processes across the operation.
• Utilize continuous improvement tools to reduce waste, improve quality, and deliver sustainable process enhancements.
• Develop, implement, and standardize manufacturing processes, working methods, and engineering standards.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and coaching for project delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners to influence decisions and drive project success.
• Leverage data, performance metrics, and manufacturing insights to identify opportunities and deliver measurable business improvements.
