Job summary

You will drive projects from concept to completion, applying advanced manufacturing engineering principles, standardizing processes, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements and sustained excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ergonomics/workplace design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, procurement, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and system improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and production performance.
• Drive projects from concept through execution while meeting safety, quality, and product specs.
• Apply advanced manufacturing engineering principles to optimize equipment and processes.
• Utilize continuous improvement tools to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Develop, implement, and standardize manufacturing processes and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery and capability development.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to influence decisions.
