The role focuses on troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and control systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work a 4 on 4 off pattern with 12‑hour shifts, ensure safety practices, and use a CMMS to log breakdowns and drive machine uptime.

Qualifikationen

• Time-served maintenance technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• ONC/HNC in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments with multiple energy sources and safe practices.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to optimise uptime.
• Ensure safety protocols including LOTO and safe working practices.
• Enter breakdown information into CMMS to drive machine performance and uptime.
• Support continuous improvement and quality/safety initiatives.
• Lead and support less-experienced team members.
