Job summary

Raytheon UK invites applications for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer based in Glenrothes, Fife. You will work on critical products for defence and aerospace, focusing on process improvement, DFM and NPI tasks within a supportive manufacturing team.

The role requires a minimum HND or degree in a related subject, knowledge of electronics manufacturing, and the ability to perform RCAs and risk mitigation. A baseline UK security clearance is required, with relocation support available if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum HND or degree in STEM or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing process improvement.
• Experience in FMEA, Control Plan, and process flow development.
• Ability to lead or participate in risk mitigation and design for manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Work on product performance and process reporting and analysis tasks.
• Tech support for customers.
• Support innovation for engineering tasks.
• Perform root cause and corrective action as required.
• Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks.
• DFM, NPI and manufacturing process tasks.
• KPIs/metrics/data as required.
