Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead robust, repeatable electronics manufacturing processes across multiple platforms. You will own processes and equipment through the product value stream, collaborating with design teams to implement DfX and drive on-time delivery.

You’ll use data analytics to identify root causes, lead FMEA and SPC programs, and contribute to a supportive, high-performance culture with extensive training and career growth opportunities across

Qualifications

• High performance engineer and self-starter.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes across technologies and production platforms.
• Experience in high reliability electronic assembly (defence/aerospace).
• Proven improvements in production programs’ effectiveness, efficiency and optimisation.
• Leads/processes FMEA, control plan, process flow development, review and risk mitigation.
• Experienced in SPC, OEE, ESD, COSHH & risk assessment.
• Knows IPC-A-610 guidelines incl. updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust, repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Own process/equipment across the product value stream.
• Conduct DfX analysis and collaborate with design teams.
• Identify, expedite or escalate quality or performance issues.
• Achieve on-time delivery targets.
• Use manufacturing data to identify and address issues and drive root-cause action.
• Report metrics and support continuous improvements with best-in-class practices.
