Job summary

Raytheon UK invites applications for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer based in Glenrothes, Fife. You will work on critical products for defence and aerospace, focusing on process improvement, DFM and NPI tasks within a supportive manufacturing team.

What You'll be doing:
  • Work on product performance and process Reporting and analysis tasks
  • Tech support for customers
  • Support innovation for engineering tasks

Your Skills:
  • Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge/experience of electronics Manufacturing Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing
  • Can lead / participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes
  • Experience of various Manufacturing platforms
  • Technical presentation skills
  • Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company
  • Communication to all levels of the organisation
  • Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required
