Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Production Manager for our Glenrothes manufacturing site on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead a team of Supervisors, Associates and Engineers to manufacture electronic and electro-mechanical products, driving delivery, quality, safety, and cost targets on-site.

You will implement Lean manufacturing, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate across functions to ensure flawless execution and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in Production Management or related manufacturing roles.
• Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering/Operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as CAM for Manufacturing.
• Control hours per unit and manufacturing budgets.
• Develop and execute production plans to hit on-time delivery.
• Manage high mix and changing priorities using Lean concepts.
• Oversee employee performance development.
• Own safety procedures and process improvements.
• Drive quality improvements using RTX CORE.
