Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Production Manager to join our Manufacturing team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract at Glenrothes. You will lead a cross-functional team to manufacture electronic and electro-mechanical products, driving delivery, quality, safety, and cost improvements.

Based on-site in Glenrothes with possible support to Livingston, you will promote an inclusive, high-performing culture and may need to gain BPSS clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Management or Manufacturing Operations.
• Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering/Operations.
• Experience with SAP or shopfloor control systems and EVMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Control Account Manager for the Manufacturing function.
• Develop and execute production plans to achieve customer on-time delivery.
• Manage high mix with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Oversee safety procedures and compliance.
• Drive process and quality improvements using RTX CORE.
