Job summary

Raytheon UK in Glenrothes is seeking a Production Manager to lead a cross-functional manufacturing team responsible for electronic and electro-mechanical products on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive on-time delivery, quality and cost while ensuring a safe working environment.

You will manage a team of Production Supervisors, Associates and Engineers, applying Lean concepts and RTX CORE improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Management or related manufacturing roles.
• Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering/Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage production plans to meet on-time delivery.
• Control labour hours per unit and manufacturing budgets.
• Lead safety procedures and drive process/quality improvements.
• Develop and execute production plans for high-mix, changing priorities.
