As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will ensure all manufacturing requirements are communicated in detail across relevant departments and provide support throughout the organization.

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer Will Be Responsible For:

1. Creating FMEAs, Process Flows, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Gauge Instructions, Packing Instructions, and other process documents.
2. Managing NPI projects from initial process design and layout to full launch.
3. Collaborating with new and existing suppliers to introduce new machines, tools, and equipment.
4. Conducting buy-off processes for new machines and tools.
5. Improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on current production lines.
6. Assisting in the development of less experienced engineers.

The successful candidate should have a degree in engineering or HNC/HND with relevant Lean/Continuous Improvement project experience.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves significant client management and project leadership.
