Job summary

Sharp Services, LLC, based in the UK, seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Operations – Clinical Packaging to drive data-driven commercial execution. You will lead Salesforce administration, align CRM to P&L and provide executive-level reporting and dashboards to support global growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance or Analytics.
• Advanced Salesforce experience is required.
• Strong background in reporting, dashboards and analytics.
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce administration including fields, workflows, validation rules, Lightning pages and governance.
• Align CRM structure to support business P&L, pipeline visibility and KPI reporting needs.
• Support Salesforce to ERP integration and data architecture initiatives.
• Develop and own monthly KPI reporting and quarterly Board materials.
• Build and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and insights.
• Deliver insight-driven analysis to support decision-making and commercial strategy.

This role leads Salesforce administration and evolution, delivers executive-level reporting and analytics, and serves as a strategic partner to Sales and business leadership.
