Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager for its Restructuring practice in the UK. You will lead advisory assignments from the initial client meeting through to final review, working with the current management teams across the United Kingdom, including London advisory focus areas such as IBRs, cash flow modelling and long-term forecast appraisals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading advisory cases from initial client meeting through final review.
• Strong business development and client-relations skills.
• Insolvency qualifications and experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information and forecast models.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and liaise with clients, employees, agents and solicitors as necessary.
• Prepare and provide reports to Managing Directors and delegate tasks to team members for timely completion.
• Assist in tender preparation, liaising with other offices and service lines, and support marketing initiatives.
