Job summary

Kroll's Restructuring practice in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex insolvency and restructuring engagements with cross-border elements. You will oversee day-to-day management, draft court and stakeholder reports, and mentor junior staff while developing client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, have a background in insolvency or law with a recognized qualification, and at least five years of focused experience in contentious

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or higher in a relevant field.
• Insolvency, accounting, or legal background with a qualification from an internationally recognized body.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contentious insolvency, asset recovery, restructuring and investigations.
• Risk tolerance and stress tolerance; strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments with cross-border elements.
• Manage engagements including liquidations and investigations.
• Draft detailed reports for Courts, creditors and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
