Qualifications

• Experience managing advisory cases from initial meeting to final review.
• Experience ensuring quality control, managing recoveries, billings, career development and resource management.
• Must be risk-tolerant, driven, a team player and able to motivate others.
• Strong business development skills and a broad professional network; assist in tender documents and sector analysis.
• Senior managerial experience in an advisory team at a top UK accounting firm or equivalent; accounting qualifications preferred; insolvency background beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory projects across the UK, focusing on restructuring and advisory assignments.
• Oversee detailed financial analyses, forecasts, and reporting for engagements.
• Mentor and appraise team members; delegate tasks and support progression.
• Prepare tenders for new work and liaise with lenders and clients.
• Promote Kroll services through seminars, marketing events, and client presentations.
