Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager for the Restructuring practice in the United Kingdom. You will lead advisory cases from initial client meeting to final review, supervise financial analysis, and manage stakeholder relations across lenders, sponsors and creditors.

The role requires strong business development, mentoring, and the ability to produce tenders and market intelligence. A senior accounting qualification and insolvency experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience managing advisory cases from initial client meeting to final review.
• Quality control, recoveries, billings, career development and resource management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory projects in restructuring and provide reports to Managing Directors.
• Supervise detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts and forecast models.
• Manage stakeholder relations and liaise with clients, employees, agents and solicitors.
• Develop forecasts in Excel and other forecasting tools.
• Mentor and guide team members and participate in appraisals and training.
• Assist in tender preparation and lender panel presentations.
• Promote Kroll services through events and seminars.
