Our Restructuring professionals serve as financial advisors to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors and other interested parties in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation throughout the business life cycle.
As a Senior Associate, Restructuring Advisory, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day procedures involved in Restructuring Advisory engagements. With training and support provided by more senior members of the team, the successful candidate will work on a range of assignments assisting distressed businesses, from undertaking financial analysis and supporting the drafting of independent business reviews to working on accelerated M&A processes, all whist liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring working capital is managed effectively.
Visit clients' premises and liaise with management and employees.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
