Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Restructuring team in London, handling administrations, liquidations and personal insolvency matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will work with distressed clients, draft information memoranda, and liaise with stakeholders while helping senior staff manage complex cases.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ insolvency experience across administrations, liquidations, and personal insolvency.
• Knowledge of Insolvency Act and Rules.
• ACA/ACCA qualification or training toward achieving these credentials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Identify and discuss issues with the manager and propose solutions.
• Use IPS case management system for all cases and proactively addressing upcoming diary events.
• Visit client premises and liaise with client stakeholders and their professional advisors.
• Assist in the pursuit of targets and preparation of proposals and tenders.
• Provide supervision of/delegate work to more junior staff and assist juniors with queries.
• Draft non-standard correspondence and statutory/template correspondence.
• Draft information memoranda and liaise with interested parties in respect of sale of business and/or assets.
