Homes England is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Housing & Infrastructure Funding Portfolio Management Team to oversee large, complex grant investments and support delivery across England. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to unlock hundreds of thousands of homes and ensure successful project performance.

The role requires strong project management, assurance and monitoring skills in the built environment, with a professional qualification and a collaborative, flexible approach.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification in housing, infrastructure or built environment.
• Experience delivering complex grant portfolios and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels with commercial awareness.

• Support design and delivery of strategic housing projects across England.
• Manage large, complex grant investments and monitor delivery performance.
