WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Choreograph is seeking a Director, Product Comms to streamline and elevate our communication processes within the Product team. In this role, you will serve as our point of contact for all product-related communications to our users, ensuring consistency, clarity and centralized messaging. This position is key to maintaining a cohesive communication strategy, reducing redundancy and inconsistency in messaging and keeping our users informed about product releases and updates and their features and benefits.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a CRM system of our product users, collating and distributing communications from across the broader Product organization, ensuring communication to our users is consistently and centrally deployed. This role will also work with our product communities, training, support and other functions to ensure best practice in communications and consistency in product messaging.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. Develop and implement a centralized user communication strategy in collaboration with the Product Marketing, Product Management and Product Enablement teams.
  2. Build and manage a singular calendar of all communications between Choreograph and its’ users, acting as the primary CRM facilitator between the Product organization (specifically Product Enablement) and the user base to ensure all product-related communications are consistent, cohesive and timely.
  3. Build and maintain a CRM system to effectively manage and target user communications.
  4. Collate, review, and distribute product release notes, updates, newsletters, and relevant product information to users.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to gather communication inputs and ensure alignment before distribution.
  6. Measure and report on the effectiveness of product campaigns through monitoring communication metrics and user feedback. Use this data to optimize future messaging.
  7. Ensure all user communications adhere to Choreograph’s branding and tone of voice guidelines.
  8. Work with our product communities, training, support and other functions to ensure best practice in communications and consistency in product messaging.
  9. Input into Product Comms frameworks and style guide for content communication.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Proven experience in a CRM, communications or product marketing role, ideally within a technology or data-driven organization.

• Strong expertise in building and maintaining CRM systems and user communication tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical product updates into clear and engaging messaging.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communication streams and stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to act as a gatekeeper for user communications.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
