Nationwide is seeking a Content Transformation Senior Manager to lead the future of personalised customer communications. You’ll define the operating model, governance and capabilities across marketing, data, technology and risk to deliver scalable, compliant experiences at pace.

You’ll lead end-to-end content supply chain improvements, embed AI and automation where appropriate, and work with cross-functional squads to deliver measurable customer and business benefits while strengthening

Qualifications

• Significant experience defining and leading the transformation vision for customer communications.
• Ability to translate strategies into clear business requirements and governance frameworks.
• Experience designing end-to-end content operating models for automated, personalised engagement.
• Experience applying AI and automation to improve efficiency and content quality.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through large-scale transformation in regulated environments.
