Davies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - High Net Worth Claims in London. The role leads complex loss adjuster work across high net worth portfolios, major losses and specialist cases, delivering timely outcomes with professional client guidance.

You will manage a diverse caseload, lead investigations, and coordinate with experts while maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and insurers. A proactive, technically skilled, calm leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster with exposure to high-value and complex claims.
• Strong technical capability to handle challenging scenarios.
• Calm, adaptable approach balancing empathy with commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Willingness and ability to commute into London within 2 hours when required.

What will your day look like:
