Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking a Senior Manager, Travel and Credit Card Operations to lead a global travel and corporate card program. The role drives policy, supplier management, budget governance, and traveler safety while partnering with Procurement, Treasury, and internal teams.

You will coach a team of analysts and coordinators, oversee program performance, and implement process improvements across platforms and controls to deliver safe, efficient travel and card operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global travel programs and corporate card programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation of CFA Institute's global travel program.
• Lead and develop travel and card analysts and coordinators.
• Manage travel budget with forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.
• Own TMC and supplier processes, SLAs and contract considerations.
• Maintain and update travel policy in consultation with stakeholders.
• Produce travel spend reports and identify savings opportunities.
• Coordinate with Security for traveler safety and disruption management.
• Communicate travel and card guidance to travelers.
