Mastercard seeks a Director to lead Global Services for B2B Travel, shaping strategy and scaling a differentiated Services portfolio across the global ecosystem. You will partner with Product, Sales and Delivery to translate needs into commercial offerings that drive revenue and client impact.

The role requires deep travel industry experience, strategic and financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct reporting lines. An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in the B2B travel ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of the travel value chain and payment flows.
• Proven ability to translate industry needs into viable services and solutions.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define global B2B Travel Services strategy and roadmap.
• Identify unmet client needs across online travel agencies, TMCs, wholesalers and partners.
• Translate priorities into regional plans and actionable programs.
• Develop compelling value propositions and business cases for Services.
• Shape requirements with Product, Data/Analytics, Delivery teams.
• Test concepts with anchor clients to validate willingness to pay and value.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategy and sales enablement for Services.
• Establish performance measures for revenue, adoption and client impact.
