Job summary

Smarsh is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations to own the international and channel sales ops across regions. You will lead forecasting, planning, and analytics, partnering with US-based leaders to shape multi-region strategies and incentives.

The role requires autonomy, multi-time-zone collaboration, and a data-driven approach to drive growth. You will build scalable processes and mentor a small team as these segments scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience supporting international and/or channel/partner sales.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build models and forecast analyses.
• Ability to operate autonomously and align with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and in-year planning for International and Channel segments, including territory, segmentation, quotas and capacity planning.
• Forecasting and pipeline management for both segments, including partner-sourced/influenced pipeline.
• Build real-time dashboards and reports for VPs and leadership.
