Job summary

Smarsh, a leader in digital communications risk management, seeks a Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations to own Sales Ops for International and Channel segments. You’ll design territory coverage, quota setting, and multi-region planning, partnering with US and UK leaders.

You’ll build forecasting rhythms, dashboards, and analytics, drive cross-functional programs with Finance, Deal Desk, and Marketing, and lead a small team to scale these nascent, high-growth segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM role, with 3+ years in people management.
• Experience supporting international and/or channel/partner selling models.
• Hands-on CRM experience with reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and in-year planning for International and Channel segments, including territory coverage and quota setting.
• Build forecasting, pipeline management, and partner-sourced pipeline across time zones.
• Create dashboards and analyses for quarterly business reviews and leadership needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing and Deal Desk on incentives and deal structuring.
