National Grid is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Group Enterprise Performance Management to lead the Group-wide performance framework within Group FP&A. You’ll drive the annual performance contract, Run Scorecard and the new Change Scorecard, and digitalise reporting using AI to scale insights.

You’ll partner with business units to improve data quality and provide decision-focused insights to the Board, fostering a high-performance culture across the organisation.

Formación

• Experience in enterprise performance management, including target setting and management reporting.
• Experience in performance benchmarking and KPI analysis across operational and financial measures.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive constructive challenge across units.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Group performance management and reporting framework aligning strategic priorities with delivery and action.
• Oversee annual performance contract process with calibration and approval of commitments.
• Lead the Tier 1 Run Scorecard to maintain enterprise view of performance and drive ownership of underperformance actions.
• Support establishment of the Change Scorecard, monitoring milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Produce high-quality, decision-focused reporting for the Group Executive and Board, highlighting trends, risks and interventions.
• Improve data quality, definitions, and governance with business units to enable timely reporting.
• Oversee annual Group-wide benchmarking and scale insights with AI and automation.
