Johnson & Johnson in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director for European Health Data Space (EHDS) Data Cataloging within Clinical Data Transparency. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite weekly) and can be located in Beerse, Leiden, High Wycombe/Maidenhead or other eligible sites.

You will lead data inventory, metadata standards, and governance across geographies to enable secure data sharing.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science, technology, data or healthcare.
• 8+ years of pharma, healthcare or data experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional data projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream with data owners.
• Maintain complete inventory of in-scope data, ownership, and status.
• Apply metadata standards so catalogue entries are complete and discoverable.
• Coordinate with data owners, Legal, and governance to resolve data issues.
• Define and implement data quality controls across functions and geographies.
