Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader. This hybrid role will be located in High Wycombe, United Kingdom, leading a global data governance function to ensure trusted regulatory data for BI and decision-making.

You will oversee the Regulatory Data Hub, Data Council, and end-to-end RIM transformation. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a regulated pharma/ MedTech setting, strong data analysis skills, and experience managing diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Computer Science/Technology, Regulatory Affairs, or equivalent is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a medium-to-large-scale Pharmaceutical/Medtech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of data stewards and oversee the Regulatory Data Hub (RDH).
• Chair the Regulatory Data Council and govern data ingestion and access.
• Provide day-to-day ownership of RIM data governance and standards across functions.
• Drive end-to-end RIM transformation through URP and data-driven initiatives.
• Partner with R&D, IT, Data Science, and the enterprise to embed trusted data into decision-making.
