Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in High Wycombe, UK is recruiting a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader to drive data governance across Regulatory Affairs. You will lead a global team of data stewards and own the Regulatory Data Hub, enabling trusted data for decisions and analytics.

This hybrid role partners with R&D, IT, Data Science and enterprise, shaping governance standards and embedding data into URP and MDM initiatives, while ensuring compliance with global health authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in a pharmaceutical/medtech environment with regulatory data experience.
• Experience leading data stewardship or governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team of data stewards overseeing regulatory data.
• Chair Regulatory Data Council and align with data governance frameworks.
• Own Regulatory Data Hub governance and data quality initiatives.
• Partner with R&D, IT, DDSAI and enterprise to embed data into governing platforms.
• Drive end-to-end RIM transformation through URP and related programs.
