Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in High Wycombe is seeking a Director to lead the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Programme Management within Clinical Data Transparency. The role drives strategy, governance, operating model, and roadmaps across Global Development, Legal, Privacy, and Regulatory Affairs in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite weekly).

The Director collaborates across functions, manages risks, resources, and executive reporting, and oversees implementation with a focus on long‑term adoption and data

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a scientific, technology, healthcare, or business discipline.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, or scientific experience with leadership of large cross‑functional programs.
• Ability to set program direction, governance, and delivery across a global matrix.
• Experience with regulatory and data governance considerations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets EHDS program strategy and integrated delivery aligning regulatory, business, and technology needs.
• Leads the integrated plan, milestones, and success measures across multiple workstreams.
• Directs execution with clear accountability and governance.
• Oversees governance, escalation, reporting, and risk/issue management.
• Represents J&J with external bodies and partners on EHDS delivery matters.
