Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or related technical roles.
• Experience leading analytics or insights teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong expertise in analytics platforms and data visualization; translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end analytics and insights strategy for WW Business Operations & Project Delivery.
• Establish a single source of truth across RE, FM, GS, and capital project data.
• Develop executive dashboards and forward‑looking analytics to support prioritization and trade‑offs.
• Own the digital tools and systems roadmaps supporting portfolio analytics, project performance, and governance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing analytics team.
• Enable governance forums with clear, data‑driven insights.
