Job Description:

The Metric Bio team is partnered with a global leader in the large molecule CDMO space, as we search for a Senior Business Development Manager/Associate Director of Business Development.

In this role, you will leverage the company's global presence, state-of-the-art facilities, and reputation, along with your experience in the CDMO/CRO space, to sell Biologics and Antibody services across the UK and Nordic regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new and existing accounts within pharma and biotech sectors.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events.
  • Identify and pursue customers requiring large molecule, antibody, or ADC services.

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or higher degree in a related discipline.
  • Proactive, with a hunter's mentality aimed at driving new business.
  • Strong understanding of antibodies from manufacturing or discovery perspectives.
  • At least 4 years of industry experience in business development, preferably within a CRO/CDMO environment.
