The Metric Bio team is partnered with a global leader in the large molecule CDMO space, as we search for a Senior Business Development Manager/Associate Director Business Development.

This role involves utilizing the company's global presence, state-of-the-art facilities, and reputation, combined with your experience in the CDMO/CRO space, to sell Biologics and Antibody services across the UK and Nordic regions.

What will you do?

• Develop new and existing accounts across pharma and biotech sectors.
• Attend trade shows and industry events.
• Identify and pursue customers requiring large molecule/antibody/ADC services.

What will you bring?

• A B.Sc. or higher degree in a related discipline.
• A hunter's mentality, eager to drive new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of antibodies, from manufacturing or discovery perspectives.
• 4+ years of industry experience in business development, ideally within a CRO/CDMO environment.
