Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join our Transition, Assets and Infrastructure practice. You will lead asset management and operations transformation programs for energy, utilities and infrastructure clients, from current-state assessment to target operating model design and implementation.

You will manage client relationships, own scope and margin, coach teams and help grow the practice, with a focus on IBM Maximo, OT/IT integration and risk-based maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or asset-intensive operations.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo or similar CMMS.
• Strong IT/OT integration and data governance knowledge.
• Consulting or transformation project delivery background.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management and operational transformation programs.
• Own scope, deliverables, risk, quality and margins.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues and teams.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals.
