Job summary

Baringa Partners LLP is seeking a Senior Manager to lead asset management and operations transformations for energy, utilities and infrastructure clients. You will shape operating models, deliver improvements, and guide the adoption of best practices across the asset lifecycle.

You will coordinate advisory work on EAM/CMMS platforms, drive change governance, data ownership and secure, reliable system integration with ERP/SCADA. Strong leadership and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management or asset-intensive operations in energy, utilities or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS platforms like IBM Maximo (implementation/configuration/product ownership).
• Understanding of how asset systems connect to ERP/SCADA/condition monitoring and data history.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of asset management transformations for asset-intensive clients across energy, utilities and infrastructure.
• Drive risk/condition based and predictive maintenance strategies to improve asset performance.
• Govern IT/OT integration, governance, data ownership and support models for asset systems.
