Baringa Partners LLP, a global consulting firm, is seeking Managers for its UK Energy Networks practice. You will help clients deliver capital delivery and asset management improvements while deploying digital and AI solutions in a pragmatic, business-case-led way.

You will collaborate with client and partner teams to mobilise delivery, shape operating models, and contribute to bids and relationships across the UK network portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities, networks, water or related asset-intensive sectors with regulated business knowledge.
• Credibility across capital delivery, asset management, field operations, or tech-enabled transformation.
• Experience translating technology opportunities into value cases and roadmaps.
• Collaborative, high-performing team ethos with passion for energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements across networks capital delivery and asset management.
• Shape and deliver operating model improvements across people, processes and technology.
• Help clients deploy digital and AI solutions in a business-case-led way.
• Mobilise delivery with client and partner teams from problem to ground implementation.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and client relationship development.
