Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI, Cyber Security and Digital Trust engagements across major clients in the UK. You will shape strategic solutions, manage complex risk transformations and guide senior stakeholders through business outcomes.

In this role you will cultivate client relationships, drive growth through propositions, and build high-performing teams. Hybrid remote work with travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation engagements.
• Strong consulting delivery background.
• Proven ability to develop senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders influencing decisions.
• Own senior client relationships, delivery quality and commercial outcomes.
• Drive business development, bids, proposals and client pitches.
• Identify new consulting opportunities through existing client relationships and networks.
• Build Digital Trust capabilities through proposition development and knowledge sharing.
• Develop market-facing thought leadership and contribute to practice growth.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers to create high-performing teams.
• Provide recognised expertise across GenAI Security, AI Risk, Cyber Security and Digital Trust.
• Contribute to campaigns, whitepapers, and new service offerings.
