Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality and delivery outcomes.
• Drive business development through propositions, bids and client pitches.
• Identify new consulting opportunities via existing networks.
• Build and scale Digital Trust capabilities through asset development and knowledge sharing.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers to create high-performing teams.
• Provide expertise across GenAI Security, AI Risk, Cyber Security and Digital Trust.
