Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex engagements across AI, Cyber Security and Digital Trust. You will shape strategic solutions, drive growth and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering measurable business outcomes.

The role requires operating at strategic and commercial levels, building relationships, identifying opportunities and growing high-performing teams to achieve significant consulting revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite, risk, security and technology leaders.
• Track record in business development, bids and client pitches.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security, Digital Trust, AI Risk or GenAI Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Own client relationships, engagement quality and delivery outcomes.
• Drive growth through propositions, account expansion and bids.
• Develop Digital Trust capabilities and market-facing thought leadership.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers for high performance.
