Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to lead large-scale Transformation programmes across AI, Cyber Security and Digital Trust. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping strategic solutions and driving growth through strong delivery excellence.

The role requires influencing senior leadership, building client relationships and leading high-performing teams while developing new market propositions and contributing to practice development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a major consulting firm or equivalent industry background.
• Proven leadership of complex transformation programmes and strategic engagements.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite, technology, security and risk stakeholders.
• Track record in business development and proposition building.
• Experience leading bids, RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Expertise in Cyber Security, Digital Trust, AI Risk or GenAI Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from shaping to delivery.
• Advise senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and buy-in.
• Own client relationships, engagement quality and delivery outcomes.
• Drive business development through propositions, bids and market growth.
• Develop Digital Trust capabilities via propositions, assets and knowledge sharing.
• Coach consultants and managers to build high-performing teams.
• Contribute to internal campaigns, thought leadership and new services.
