Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex engagements in AI, Cyber Security and Digital Trust. You will shape strategic solutions, manage senior client relationships and drive revenue through propositions and bids.

Hybrid role based in the UK, working with C-suite stakeholders and leading high-performing teams to deliver transformative outcomes across major organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in major consulting firm or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Strong experience influencing C-suite and risk stakeholders.
• Track record of business development and proposition building.
• Experience leading bids, RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Security, Digital Trust, AI Risk, GenAI Security or related disciplines.
• Experience operating in a matrix organisation and influencing multiple teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to generate significant consulting revenue (target ~£1m+).
• Experience mentoring consultants and managers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes from shaping through delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, risk, security and technology leaders; influence decisions.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality, commercial performance and delivery outcomes.
• Drive business development through propositions, bids, proposals and client pitches.
• Identify and develop new consulting opportunities via existing relationships and networks.
• Build and scale Digital Trust capabilities through propositions, asset development and knowledge sharing.
• Develop market-facing thought leadership and contribute to practice growth.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers to build high-performing teams.
• Provide expertise across GenAI Security, AI Risk, Cyber Security and Digital Trust.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and new service offerings.
