You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping organisations understand and manage emerging risks while delivering measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will operate at strategic and commercial levels, building client relationships, identifying opportunities and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes and strategic engagements.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite, technology, security and risk stakeholders.
• Proven business development and proposition building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and securing buy-in.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality and commercial performance.
• Drive business development through propositions, bids and client pitches.
• Develop Digital Trust capabilities and market-facing thought leadership.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers to build high-performing teams.
