You will operate at both strategic and commercial levels, building client relationships, identifying opportunities and mentoring high-performing teams to achieve ambitious results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes and strategic engagements.
• Proven ability to develop senior client relationships and win new work.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, risk, security and technology leaders.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality, commercial performance and delivery outcomes.
• Drive business development through proposition development, bids and client pitches.
• Develop and scale Digital Trust capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers to create high-performing teams.
