Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation programmes and strategic engagements.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, risk and technology.
• Track record in business development, bids, proposals and client pitches.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, risk, security and technology leaders.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality, commercial performance and outcomes.
• Drive business development through proposition development, account growth and pitches.
• Identify new consulting opportunities using client relationships and networks.
• Build Digital Trust capabilities via proposition development and knowledge sharing.
• Develop market-facing thought leadership and growth of the practice.
• Coach and develop consultants and managers into future leaders.
• Provide expertise across GenAI Security, AI Risk, Cyber Security and Digital Trust.
