Job summary

Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Management Surveyor to join the Commercial Property and Asset Management team in Cambridge. You will manage Carter Jonas’ own office portfolio and support client work, with travel and a flexible approach to working arrangements.

The role requires a management surveying or facilities background, post-qualification experience (RICS/IWFM or equivalent), strong client management and communication skills, and the ability to lead and coach junior team members.

Qualifications

• Management surveying or facilities management background with post-qualification experience (RICS/IWFM or equivalent).
• Strong client management and communication skills with the ability to drive initiatives.
• Proactive and ambitious with the ability to coach junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive asset management opportunities to enhance property performance and value.
• Conduct property inspections and produce reports.
• Coordinate with facilities to ensure H&S compliance of managed portfolios.
• Review and coordinate planned maintenance works and service charge budgets.
• Oversee rent and opex payments and liaise with client accounting.
