Teneo is a leading global CEO advisory firm delivering strategic and operational insight to FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients. The Senior Manager role sits within the Management Consulting team, leading client engagements with Directors and Managing Directors, and developing junior colleagues.

You will drive structured, executive-ready workstreams, manage multi-party delivery, champion AI-enabled transformations, and create measurable business value for senior clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ relevant experience in Strategy or Management Consulting.
• End-to-end engagement leadership from problem definition to value realisation.
• Multi-party delivery orchestration across diverse teams and vendors.
• Engagement management including scoping, resourcing, and change control.
• Vision for AI value realisation and adoption in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead projects with day-to-day ownership of delivery.
• Translate business problems into hypotheses and practical solutions.
• Develop the 'answer' through hypothesis refinement with seniors and clients.
• Lead AI diagnostic and strategy engagements and prioritise use cases.
• Drive AI transformation engagements from prioritised use cases to production.
• Manage case teams, plan workloads, and coach juniors.
• Support business development, proposals, and client pitches.
• Own relationships with senior clients and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead workshops and presentations in a clear, executive-ready manner.
