Job summary

Teneo is seeking a Senior Manager in London to lead AI-driven strategy engagements for major clients. You will work with Directors to shape delivery, supervise teams, and drive measurable business value through data and AI initiatives.

You will influence senior stakeholders, structure complex workstreams, and contribute to business development while ensuring high-quality outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in strategy or management consulting or senior client-side transformation roles.
• End-to-end engagement leadership from problem definition to delivery and value realisation.
• Experience coordinating delivery across a mixed ecosystem and external partners.
• Ownership of engagement economics, scoping and resourcing to margin.
• Knowledge of AI delivery lifecycle, data, analytics and governance considerations.
• Ability to translate senior stakeholder objectives into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead projects, taking day-to-day ownership of delivery and outcomes.
• Lead AI diagnostic and strategy engagements, prioritising AI use cases.
• Develop the value case to inform investment and transformation priorities.
• Orchestrate AI transformation engagements across teams and vendors.
• Manage case teams, plan workloads and coach junior colleagues.
• Support business development, proposals, and client pitches.
• Maintain executive relationships with senior clients and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead workshops and presentations with clear, executive-ready communication.
